Tim Rode is an associate in the firm’s investor litigation practice group. He represents investors in class actions arising from commodities and benchmark rate manipulation and state and federal antitrust violations.
Before joining Lowey Dannenberg, Mr. Rode clerked for the Honorable Shirley Werner Kornreich in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan. He is fluent in Spanish.
At Fordham, Mr. Rode was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center.
