John Seredynski is an Associate in the Antitrust and Commodities Litigation group. He has represented clients in a broad array of litigation matters, including federal securities and antitrust class actions, shareholder, contract, and partnership disputes, internal and government investigations, whistleblower actions, and breach of fiduciary duty and financial fraud claims.
Prior to joining Lowey Dannenberg, Mr. Seredynski was a litigation associate at a large regional law firm, and worked at a national litigation firm primarily focused on securities and consumer class action litigation.
Mr. Seredynski received his B.A. from Villanova University (2003) and his J.D. from New York Law School (2010).
