An Associate at the firm since 2015, Mr. Sloss represents investors in complex litigation, focusing on the prosecution of commodities manipulation and antitrust violations.
Mr. Sloss has experience in state courts, serving as a judicial intern for Hon. Robert M. DiBella of the New York State Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District. Mr. Sloss has also represented clients in mediations and arbitrations concerning litigation financing agreements and fee disputes. During law school, Mr. Sloss worked as a legal intern at Gartner, Inc. in Stamford, Connecticut.
At Pace, Mr. Sloss served as an articles editor for the Pace Law Review and was awarded the Daniel Austin Memorial Scholarship for achievement in Corporate and Securities Law.
