Vincent Briganti Participates on Panel at ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting
On April 12, 2104 at the ABA Business Law Section Spring Meeting, Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart Partner Vincent Briganti participated on the panel "Empirical Screening of Markets: Detection, Deterrence and Defense." The panelists discussed the use of statistical methods known as screens to detect conspiracies and manipulation in the financial markets. The other panelists included Rosa M.
