An Associate at the firm since 2016, Mr. Settle represents health insurers in complex litigation, focusing on the prosecution of antitrust violations and pharmaceutical overcharges and defense of class actions, as well as prosecuting commodities manipulation and antitrust violations.

Mr. Settle has experience in the federal courts, serving as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael M. Baylson in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and serving as an intern for Joseph Torregrossa, the Chief Mediator for the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals Mediation Program. Mr. Settle also has worked as a Legal and Marketing Intern for NBC Sports Group.

At Villanova, Mr. Settle served as a managing editor of Student Works for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal, and in this role, he received the David G. Butterworth Outstanding Editor Award.
