Sung-Min Lee is an associate in the firm's White Plains office. His practice focuses on litigation relating to commodities, unfair mergers, securities, consumer fraud, and employment law violations.

Mr. Lee received his BA from Brandeis University in 2004 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2008.

At Fordham, Mr. Lee participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic and represented individual investors who sustained severe losses because of negligent or reckless brokers. In recognition of his service to the clients, he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.

Also, Mr. Lee was an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, and he was the recipient of the Addison M. Metcalf Labor Law Prize. In addition, Mr. Lee received the Community Service InternshipAward from the Asian American Law Fund of New York in 2006, which provided the opportunityfor him to help the victims of domestic violence through Sanctuary for Families.

Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court forthe Southern District of New York.
