Ms. Rogozinski is an associate with varied practice in complex commercial litigation with a focus on litigation involving securities fraud, including In re Juniper Networks, Inc. Securities Litigation, No. C-06-04327 JW (N.D. Cal.); In re Bayer AG Securities Litigation, No. 03 cv 1546 (S.D.N.Y.); In re WorldCom, Inc. Securities Litigation, In re DaimlerChrysler AG Securities Litigation; and MMI Investments L.P. v. NDCHealth Corporation. She is currently assisting in the prosecution of actions involving Madoff Feeder Funds including Beacon Associates and Income Plus. In re Beacon Assoc. Litig., 09-cv-0777 (S.D.N.Y.) and In re J.P. Jeanneret Associates, Inc., 09-cv-3907 (S.D.N.Y.).
Ms. Rogozinski also assists the firms' commodity litigation practice group on cases including In re Amaranth Natural Gas Commodity Litigation, Case No. 07 Civ. 6377 (SAS) (S.D.N.Y.), a proposed class action involving the manipulation of NYMEX natural gas futures and options contract prices by Amaranth Advisors LLC; White v. Moore Capital Management, L.P., Case No. 10 CV 3634 (WHP) (S.D.N.Y.) a proposed class action against Moore Capital relating to manipulation of NYMEX palladium and platinum futures prices in 2007 and 2008 and In re: Natural Gas Commodity Litigation, Case No. 03 Civ. 6186 (VM) (AJP) (S.D.N.Y.).
Other cases on which Ms. Rogozinski has recently worked include: Turner v. Best Buy Co. Inc., Case No. 08-cv-1024 (E.D.N.Y) (U.S. District Judge Sandra L. Townes); Hall, Keck and Eisenhower v. Best Buy Co., Inc., BBC Investment Co., BBC Property Co.; Best Buy Stores, L.P., Case No. 07-cv-4724 (E.D.Pa.) (U.S. District Judge Cynthia Rufe); and Federated Investment Management Company, et al. v. Republic of Argentina, et al, Case No. 10 Civ. 4324 (TPG). Ms. Rogozinski also played an integral role in obtaining a multi-million dollar arbitration award against a hedge fund.
Ms. Rogozinski is a graduate of Fordham University (B.A. 1990) and Pace Law School (J.D. 2003). She co-authored "Can Public Pension Funds Make SOX Meaningful?" The NAPPA Report, Vol. 22, Number 4, Nov. 2008. Ms. Rogozinski actively participates in Pace Law School's Mentor Program which assists law students as they navigate their way through academic and career questions and opportunities.
