LDBS successfully represented Millenco L.P., a private investment fund, in litigation in the Delaware Chancery Court that resulted in the voiding of two elections of directors of meVC Draper Fisher Jurvetson Fund 1, Inc., a NYSE-listed closed end mutual fund, because of the incumbents� failure to disclose certain financial conflicts; and a contested proxy fight that included litigation in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York that resulted in the replacement of the entire board of directors.
