Case Details
On July 8, 2005, after almost 6 years of litigation, Judge Patricia Seitz approved a $28.7 million class action settlement for endpayers in 18 states. Lowey Dannenberg was co-lead counsel for the class, achieving an unprecedented certification of 17 states' indirect purchaser litigation classes, which led to the settlement. Geoffrey Horn was the principal prosecuter in the case, and Richard Cohen argued the class certification and settlement motions. Stephen Lowey was the principle settlement negotiator.
