Case Details
After more than 50 third party payor clients opted out of a class settlement of antitrust claims relating to delaying generic drug entry to the marketplace for Augmentin, Lowey Dannenberg filed suit in Pennsylvania state court, negotiated and distributed a more favorable settlement to clients in less than a year and long before the class distribution. Gerald Lawrence was the attorney of record and the principle settlement negotiator.
