Barbara Hart to Present at National Association of Public Pension Attorneys June Conference

 

White Plains, NY – May 30, 2008 - Barbara Hart, Chair of the securities litigation practice at Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart, has been invited to present at the National Association of Public Pension Attorneys - Legal Education Conference, June 24-27, 2008 at the Westin at Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts. 

 

Hart will speak on the topic of amendments to state securities laws to protect pension investments and to give recourse to institutional investors for state securities law violations.
