JULY CONFERENCE

White Plains, NY – June 10, 2008 - Todd Garber, an associate at Lowey Dannenberg Cohen & Hart, P.C., ("Lowey Dannenberg") has been invited to present at the Antitrust Section of the New York State Bar Association’s July Conference, July 16, 2008 at the New York office of McDermott Will & Emery.

Mr. Garber will speak on the topic of his experience as an associate practicing in the field of antitrust. He will speak on the wide range of antitrust legal services that Lowey Dannenberg provides to its business clients including representing Fortune 500 clients in investigations and/or litigation where they may have been damaged by price-fixing, or other antitrust law violations. Mr. Garber will touch upon case evaluation, economic principles and their roles in legal work of an antitrust associate, the associate’s role in fulfilling duties to clients, investigations of cases, and the associate’s role in successfully advancing prosecution on behalf of the plaintiff seeking recovery.
