Case Abstract
On July 29, 2009, Lowey Dannenberg filed a class action complaint in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts alleging breaches of fiduciary duties by the Trustees of four Nuveen Florida Municipal Bond Funds in connection with their approval of the merger of the Florida Nuveen Funds into other municipal bond funds for which they also serve as trustees or directors, and which share the same investment adviser, Nuveen Asset Management.
