Lowey Dannenberg Commences Class Action Against CVS Caremark for Federal and State Wage Violations

Case Abstract
On May 6, 2010, Lowey Dannenberg filed a class action and collective action complaint in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York against CVS Caremark Corporation on behalf of present and former employees of the Company, alleging that CVS Caremark violated the Fair Labor Standards Act, provisions of the New York Labor Law, and common law principles of breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
