Sung-Min Lee is an associate in the firm's White Plains office. His practice focuses on securities litigation, including In re Juniper Networks, Inc. Securities Litigation, which involves a $900 million financial restatement resulting from the concealed backdating of millions of stock options.
Mr. Lee received his B.A. from Brandeis University in 2004 and his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2008.
At Fordham, Mr. Lee participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic and represented individual investors who incurred losses because of reckless or negligent brokers as well as brokerage firms that failed to monitor such brokers. In recognition of his service to the clients, he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Moreover, Mr. Lee was an associate editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law, and he was the recipient of the Addison M. Metcalf Labor Law Prize. In addition, Mr. Lee received the Community Service Internship Award from the Asian American Law Fund of New York in 2006, which provided the opportunity for him to work at Sanctuary For Families and to help victims of domestic violence.
Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
