Michael Goldklang is an associate in the firm's White Plains office. His practice involves antitrust litigation and securities fraud litigation, including the In re Juniper Networks Securities Litigation, a matter involving a $900 million financial restatement resulting from the concealed backdating of millions of stock options.
Mr. Goldklang graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in 2001, with a dual major in history and psychology. He later received a Masters in Psychological Studies from Seton Hall University.
In 2008, Mr. Goldklang received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. At Michigan, Mr. Goldklang worked with the Washtenaw County, Michigan Public Defender's Office, and served as guardian ad litem to several children in cases regarding child neglect and termination of parental rights. He also served as judicial intern for The Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh, U.S. District Court, in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Goldklang is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, and the bars of the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
