On June 05, 2014, Barbara J. Hart, Chief Operating Officer of Lowey Dannenberg and Chair of the New York State Bar Antitrust Executive Committee, hosted a forum: Nowhere To Hide: Perspectives on Global Cartel Enforcement. The topics discussed included: basic cartel law in Japan and Korea, with comparisons to the US, the agency investigation and case-filing process, and its resolution; enforcement relationships around the world; and, interaction with the civil litigation system seeking to provide victim recovery.
